This ventric table or extra large mayo stand was created based on continual feedback and questions from end users. Do you have a larger mayo stand? We did the research and worked up some prototype products and came up with this product. It serves a very unique need for large surgical cases. Some examples of that are, cardio cases, neuro cases, and ortho cases. These are in depth procedures that require a large surface directly adjacent to the surgical site.

The 3 swivel casters make is very easy to get into correct position despite it’s size. Even though it does not slide under a standard OR table, that is not usually a problem. Most ortho tables are designed differently with more open space under the table near the surgical site. This is true with spine tables, compound traction tables and other specialty operating tables. For you large cases, this is the mayo stand for you!

The higher weight capacity is another benefit from conventional mayo stands. Most mayo stands only support 50-60lbs. With the 100 lb. weight capacity of the ventric table, you can set larger instruments and machines on this large mayo stand. The stability of this stand is definitely a benefit over conventional stands, however they serve a unique need for a unique segment of surgical procedures.
